the GRANDDADDY of WASHES and a very tight 15 mph switchback so
prepare to turn right. There's a dirt road immediately
(marked FH1058) just after the wash. Take it to the right and a

AzHC -
Arizona
Horse Council
At our Equine Summits, the Arizona Horse Council (AzHC) established
several committees; these committees covered everything from
fundraising, planning and zoning, youth & education, etc. We have
decided that these committees are far too many. We have since
encompassed all of these into three committees: Advocacy & Issues,
Education and Marketing. Each of the board members, plus some
volunteers, are on these particular committees, and have been
working hard for you, the Arizona Equine Owner.
Under Advocacy: Unwanted Horses, Rehoming horses, Planning and
Zoning. Under Education: Educate Public & Equestrians, Equine
Experience Youth & Adults, Educate Public & Equestrians about
Benefits of horses. Under Marketing: Strengthen AzHC,
Summits, Increase participation
with
equine experience, Fundraising, Equine Economics Sustainability,
Improve attitude.
If you see any of these particular committees that interest you as a
horse owner, PLEASE contact the AzHC President, Ed O'Brien at
admin@allabouthorses.com. The AzHC needs YOU, and your input to keep
this organization strong and representing you throughout the state.
Our 2011 Election Ballots will be in the mail, soon, so be watching
for them and vote. Please renew your AzHC Membership. Numbers
count!!!!
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays & Happy New Year, to all.
