Directions to Anthem Trailhead: From Carefree
Hwy go North on 7th Ave for about 3miles to Desert
Hills. Go left on Desert Hills. Just before the Fire
Station on the North side is the turn off for the
Anthem Trailhead.
Directions to Sandy & Charly’s:
38816 N 15th Ave - When leaving Trailhead staging
area, turn right (West) on to Desert Hills, go about
1/4 of a mile to 15th Ave and turn left (south). House
is at the top of the hill on the right hand side. Parking
available along side of the street and on property |

Description: We will leave from the Anthem Trailhead following the Maricopa trail. This section of
the trail is relatively flat, with a just a couple of
up/down wash crossings. Normal AZ rockiness can be
expected. Following the ride, come on over to Sandy
& Charly’s for pizza, and trail talk. |
